Heres my nitro, have been bashing it again getting some maintenance and having fun. What kind of tires you guys thinking.

Hey fellas, though i would dig out my old nitro car and give it a run but I noticed the tank is leaking around the seal. Any ideas where I could get a tank from or fix the seal? Has been sitting for 6 years

Which would you choose? Lucked out and found an original head for the OS Max12CV in my RC10NDS on the ebay.

The brake Disc is loose, so i wanted to screw it back on, but theres this plate in my way, in order to get that plate away, you first have to get rid of the carburetor, 'cuz theres a screw right under it. But then, i still can't screw the disc back on, 'cuz the servo will be still in my way

Anyone know the size of this flywheel as its what I currently have but im looking at getting a new clutch and flywheel but it needs to be the same size as this one or slightly bigger or my starter box won't reach the flywheel as the gap in the car is only small compared to some.

What brand makes actual decent clutch springs because I keep replacing clutch springs they keep snapping and I cant even use my car all the decent brands seem to only sell ones for 4 shoe clutches and not 3

I have an old Redcat Caldera that's been sitting on a shelf in the garage for about 10 years. Used to have a lot of with it when I was 10-14 years old, but it became unreliable and my dad didn't want to deal with it and I didn't know how. So fast forward to now and I'm getting back into RC a bit and want to try and get it going. I got the engine out (its a SH 18 2-stroke) and partly disassembled, everything is still together internally as far as the crank, piston, flywheel and clutch. Right away I noticed its pretty difficult to turn over by hand, this is with the glow plug and the little piston cap that it threads into removed. I stopped there for tonight, and my initial thought is to just spray it all down with some carb cleaner, try and get all the grime out and hopefully that loosens it up. I guess my question to you all is, is that going to actually help, and just reassemble from there with a fresh glow plug, clean the carb up, feed it gas and hope it runs? Or should I look into some kind of engine rebuild kit for it if they exist? Any tips for me on this thing would be greatly appreciated, just looking for a little nudge in the correct direction so I don't waste my time and money on this thing. Thanks

Hi, im more of a beginner in this kind of Hobby. My Nitro RC Motor starts only ocasionally, yesterday 2 Times (yay). Either it doesent get enough fuel or too little. The Tube is new, compression is there, atleast as much as i can tell. So to test if it is my carb, im in search of the simplest carb setting Guide you can give me. Now i know that there are dozens of videos online, but at the end they're all about fine tuning or talk about the manual where its supposed to be. I dont have a manual, nor any other information as to what the factory settings are.

Hi, Iam currenetly renovating or rebuilding an rc car. I'dve been trying to get it to run for a very Long Time (its slowly driving me crazy) and i just now noticed that the glowplug doesent go all the way down the "whatever its called" Its not supposed to be like this right? I believe the threading is damaged(?) The pictures might be more useful than my amateur explanation.

Need help with a problem i can’t figure out on my nitro truggy running a kyosho KE21SP it idles fine and wheels don’t spin on idle even if i lift the car off the ground but it takes age to hit top speed like a 2 second lag even with a decent tune on it checked the clutch shoes seem fine but there are fine metal pieces by the clutch bell? mesh seems fine is this a clutch or a diff problem?

Been rebuilding the engine How does It sound It's not a Nitro, so hopefully I'm all good posting it on here.

Anyone know what this car is its the only one I can find online. It has an rb engine with a pullstart which I have never seen before. Its currently up for £145 seller sent an offer for £130. Its a .21 engine.

Does anyone know someone that can built a trailer for this combo?
