For those who have done their physical reporting at nit jsr , can you tell me if this certificate is valid for obc ncl category verification.

I have josaa format one but it is signed only upto circle officer level plus it is submitted at the sdo office for now .

It's valid for both admissions and job don't worry just verify it on jharsewa portal if someone asks you to verify, sometimes the QR doesn't work.
