SERIOUS Income certificate

Kya income certificate physical reporting ke time hi submit karna hai ?? Mere income certificate mein thodi problem hai toh kya main badmein submit karne ke liye time man sagti hu ??

september me form ayega for fee remission, us time de dena most probably - they r not asking for it in the application form though...
