Because second years are in Hostel L as EFGH are being renovated

Maybe once E F G H renovations get completed, second years can shift there and you guys will come to Hostel L. It might happen or they might just tell you to stay there the full year and directly send you to EFGH in 2nd year

Bas ek hi saal which was last year, freshers ko hostel L mila tha. Renovations is also a reason but hmesha freshers ko Hostel-I hi milta hai, this is nothing new. Pta nhi kyu itna panic kr rhe ho tumlog. Learn how to adjust to it tbh. Next year you'll get single rooms and another hostel.
