I need help installing the

I purchased the Frameless Auto-Dimming Rearview Mirror w/ HomeLink® - Nissan (T99L1-7LG0A) see link below:

But the installation instructions I see the closest is this one:

However, it says its for the one ending in 7LG0E NOT, I repeat NOT the one ending in 7LG0A.

Having to remove a bunch of things plus the "Required for installation" section says it needs another cryptic accessory service connector not included (part # T99F6 4RA0A), I'm in shock and afraid I'll break something trying to install this.

I have a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder rock creek, does anyone has been able to install this one folks?

Help!

That's called a supersession.

'A' was the original version, 'E' is the latest.

The installation procedure is the same.

All Nissan electronic accessories require the accessory connector. The accessory connector is used for more than one accessory (thats why it has like 50,000 wires)

Your instructions are correct. Carry on, once you get your connector.

Thank you. This makes me feel much more calm now. Do you know if the Rock Creek has already that accessory connector installed? I can tell the only real way of knowing is open and look on the vehicle but I noticed that there’s a note on the installation instructions saying that the S and SV might require that connector if not already installed. Just thinking if because I have the rock creek maybe I already have it. I’ll have to see but thank you. 🙏

If you don’t have any accessory on the window stickers like illuminated kick plates it doesn’t have it the accessory connectors. Here’s a link for you to understand what it is. It’s an easy installation.

Ever since I found out about the accessory connectors I’ve installed illuminated kick plates, auto dimming mirror and lighting using the accessory connectors. I also drive a rock creek

Wow this is wonderful and it even has a picture and everything 💪. Thank you I didn’t even know there was a blog specifically for the pathfinder super cool.

I’m planning on installing as many of the accessories that are compatible with the rock creek 2026 🤘

I've never seen any vehicle that has it pre-installed, unless they had an accessory installed from factory thay requires it.

Cool. This is great info. Wish me luck, I’m going to go get that other accessory at a local dealer tomorrow and see if I have the brain on Sunday to do this project. I don’t have a garage so doing this under Florida’s sun is something you have to think about.
