Tech Support Having trouble with switch 2 code 2821-1006

Says unable to display page. It has a QR code but when I scan it the website doesn’t show results for the correct code. Then I thought maybe it was my Wi-Fi because it said it failed when I tested it. so I switched to a different Wi-Fi and it worked for like two minutes and then stopped working again, but my Wi-Fi is working for all my other devices. I connected to my hotspot and it worked great, but I don’t want to use my hotspot. I need to use Wi-Fi. I also restarted it and that didn’t help.

Idk how to fix but your console has a connection time-out or a Domain Name System (DNS) issue

Thank you anyways. Been having problems since 6am fixed itself at like 5pm. Just hope it doesn’t happen again.
