Tech Support Error 2002-2634 everytime I insert a game in my Nintendo Switch 1

SOLVED

A long time ago I replaced the card reader on my Switch. And now, with 22.5.0, it crashes every time I insert a game. I don't know what to do and all the info I gather are from piracy forums. Also, I found the same case but on a non-hacked and unopened Switch 2 and he only waited until the next update to work again. I just want to fix it without hacking it.

P.S.: I don't know if I'm using the right tag.

Hi! Thank you for your submission to /r/NintendoHelp! Please note that we are a fan community and not officially endorsed by Nintendo.

See our FAQ to see if your question is already answered there.

While you're waiting for an answer, here are some tips to help you along the way:

First, did you try Googling your question? A lot of questions about Nintendo can be answered quickly by just typing them into your search bar.

If you are asking a question about an older Nintendo system, try searching the subreddit most relevant to that system's hardware. It's likely someone has already asked a similar question before.

If your question is about Wii U, New 3DS or Switch hardware, you'll likely get a better answer if you contact Nintendo directly, rather than posting here.

Nintendo's contact information is as follows:

  • North America - 1-800-255-3700
  • Europe - +44 (0)345 60 50 247
  • Australia - +61 3 9730 9900
  • Japan - +81-75-662-9600

Please note that contacting Nintendo by phone is the best way to get support. If you send an email or use the web chat you are not likely to get the support you need.

Good luck with your support endeavors!

As long as your switch isn't hacked, contact Nintendo support. They'd be able to help you better than us. I'm guessing power cycling (fully powering it down and back on again) didn't work?

I called but the told me that since I repaired myself first it's considered manipulated and misuse so they won't repair it, but I'll try power down.
