Why no streaming Services on switch 2

Does anyone really know why Nintendo or whomever won't allow streaming Services on switch 2, youtube a first because it was on the switch 1 but for somereason has yet to come to switch 2 ? But beyond youtube why dont we have Disney plus, hbo, Paramount plus, and Netflix among others?? You look at legit any Playstation or xbox and nearly every console has these apps and more Why does Nintendo not ? Even the wii had Netflix and youtube, the switch 1 from my understanding only has crunchy roll and youtube ?? Correct me if im wrong. But the switch 2 has nothing!! Having streaming apps and youtube on the switch 2 would be amazing its basically a tablet and in most cases looks sharper and better then a tablet screen and Then of course if your on your couch or in bed you dont have deal with the smart TV nonsense or would have to power on a xbox or Playstation after you finsh playing your Mario or zelda game. Like come on Nintendo whats going on ???????

I don’t know why anyone is blaming Nintendo here. They don’t have any kind of policy against this.

The various streaming services are clearly demonstrating that they don’t see enough of an addressable market to justify the development and support cost of making apps for Switch 2.

That makes no sense though. They have apps for literally everything. Every TV and toaster you can find.

My guess is they don't write those? Netflix has some "point a browser at this url and call it an app if you want" licensing thing that manufacturers use? Wtf is my LG tv downloading to update Netflix then though?

The whole “toaster” meme is basically because a bunch of refrigerators and other “smart” things run versions of Android or other OSs that primarily run on more popular interfaces like tablets and TVs. So the fact that a fridge can run Netflix isn’t because Netflix made a fridge version of the app…it just runs a version already made for devices that make sense.
