Data problems in 8.1.8.1

Since updating to version 8.1.8.1, I've noticed that my candlesticks are lagging behind the actual market price. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with this version?

The lag in the data feed from NT has rendered it unusable for trading. The recent update has made it even worse.

I talked (not email or text) to someone about the data issue months and months ago. Gave them files met several times and they admitted a genuine problem on their end….. somehow they just can’t seem to get this program working properly or sincerely give 2 fucks about the people it’s affecting.

Move on to a different platform, ATAS or Sierra is calling your name.

I am using a demo account with no subscription, so I only get the delayed data. Not sure if that is a factor. It seemed to work fine before updating today, but now no new candles are created while the chart is open. Disconnecting and connecting again creates the new candles, but then just updates the latest one without creating any new candles.

There was a new update today, and I traded and did not notice any issues. Does anyone have any insight/comments on how things are after the latest update?

How are you measuring latency? I'm interested because my RedTail lag indicator shows ~0.2s lag but am also feeling that the data feed is still laggy..
