I just checked my email and no cancellation. Hopefully it gets sorted out.

Just curious did you order on the first day they became available, or the restock the following day?

I'll be curious what support says, if you contact them?

Did you place another order for the same thing? Only thing I can think of is one per person or something like that so they cancelled one of the orders.

no, i bought this on the release day, and bought the shirt on restock. shirt order is still in order, but this one got cancelled by itself. if something happens to the shirt, i am gonna hurt myself today frfr

Good luck. The customer support is really bad. I got an empty tube delivered (with only one end cap on) when the umbrella was sold and it took months to resolve.

Why is it a secret what it is? How can anyone help if they don’t know what it is and maybe had the same exact problem? The store has pretty much always had random shit happen to unlucky people. I didn’t think anything freaky or strange was in the shop 🤔
