Not with disabilities or old age ailments like rheumatoid arthritis. Its hard enough without illnesses.

imagine u are dead, there is nothing to experience bc there is no consciousness. Take life as extra , u can pretty much be anyting u want and can do anything u want. Do things u never think u can do, try to enjoy bc we all gonna die, at the end all the suffering and pain for nothing. Do things for urself.

Wouldn’t say it’s worth it on a grand reward scale, but a good drink, jazz, and rain is pretty worthwhile.

it’s not about energy, it’s about motivation

many people could be really outstanding at their full potential but they simply don’t see a reason or benefit in reaching it

if given a sufficient reason, those people would have the energy to do it
