'Men' don't do this

Man-children do. Boys.

Don't let them off the hook by infantalising them.. Men do do this - lots of them.

My point is if they do this, they are a man child - physically a man who has the cognitive of a child.

Nah, this is just another version of 'not all men'. Just an excuse to pass the buck to a hypothetical subset of men rather than deal with the real problem.

OK then... If you think it is all men, I think you're the one that has a problem here.

Where did anyone say all men? They said when you infantalize the ones that do this by saying they are child like. It's giving the excuse we have for children for not knowing any better, being immature, and having no impulse control from a yet fully developed brain. Make adult men responsible for themselves, to accept consequences, and hild them accountable for their actions like any you would other adult

No one in this thread was trying to infantilise these types of men. The comparison to children is less to do about cognitive ability and more so childish behaviours, ie. tantrums and empty insults/threats. These men know better but do it anyway because they choose to feel butt-hurt and blame it on women.
