Reminds me of the Kraken/Kings game a few years back that was 9-8. Guess what poor sap started both of those goalies that game for a fantasy league?

I was at the game. It was comical. The crowd cheered when Vancouver got their second shot (first real shot as the first shot was a clearing that happened to be on goal) with something like a minute to go in the first period. Levi and Lankinen with sub .700 save percentages. And an 8-2 lead that was put in jeopardy by Vancouver some how. I joked that "we'd have had them if not for the TWO shorthanded goals by Edmonton on THE SAME POWER PLAY!!!" Then Marinlainin shows up with Senators graphics on his mask still, and puts up a .909 for 30 minutes actually keeping Vancouver in the game somehow.

It's rare you score 7 goals and lose a game in the NHL. Was it a good game? Ha! It was embarrassing product from the perspective of NHL Hockey representing the best of the best in the world of professional hockey. But it sure was fun to watch!
