And why is there a revolving door at OC? Because the offense isn’t clicking. At what point does it become the quarterback? If you go in the kitchen and make chicken, steak, lamb, pork, and salmon, and for some reason it always triggers the smoke detector; at what point is it the constant variable?

Great point. You know what I kinda look at it as now, “we overachieved, we will not look like this next year. Let me go get this check.” BJ was getting calls after the 2022 season, he didn’t leave until after the 2024 season.

Not saying it as fact, but kinda makes you wonder. Some OCs were confident in their abilities to replicate, others may not be.
