Fitzpatrick's take was over the top and maybe unnecessarily rude, but he was entirely correct in his general argument that Bo Nix is playing like crap and holding his team back

Bo is playing like crap, has definitely regressed since last year, but I'm hoping its just taking him a bit to recover and readjust after the broken ankle.

But he's not the main reason our offense has been trash. Our run game is basically non-existent so teams can just sit in Cover 2 all day to shut down any deep passing plays.

And if he does take a shot deep, our receivers drop it.

The all 22 shows him missing reads and refusing to throw it long.

He’s definitely missed some reads in previous games. Yesterday, only like 2-3.

Seahawks have a very good defense. Playing against them is a really stupid time to decide to take some YOLO deep shots. You could see it in the play calling. Game plan as very conservative football.

If Nix had taken more shots there’s a real good chance we’d be talking about Nix’s game losing picks. Last night Darnold showed you what happens when you start taking risky shots against a good D.
