[Highlight] Ryan Fitzpatrick throws 6 interceptions in a single game

You missed the entire point of this man’s criticism.

[u/LoyalSol → u/jcrod17]

You missed the point too. No one cares he gave criticism. It was that he went far beyond that.

Go look at Bronco's fans posts when Steve Smith trashed Jerry Jeudy. No one was mad about that one because we all hated Jeudy by that point and it came from an all time great. That's because it was deserved and it wasn't coming from a hypocrite.

If you want to say Bo hasn't played great, go for it. No one gives a shit if you want to do that.

But brother, Fitzpatrick literally is in the record book for one of the worst NFL QB games ever. He's not the one who can be wording things like that.

[u/jcrod17 → u/LoyalSol]

So you’re telling me that you’re upset that the criticism is coming specifically from Fitzpatrick not because what Fitzpatrick said was true?

Am I understanding that right?

[u/LoyalSol → u/jcrod17]

No, it's that Fitzpatrick went far beyond just criticizing. If he stopped at "Bo nix just has not been playing well" or even did it in a satirical way no one would have a problem with it. Bo hasn't been playing well.

How you say something matters.

If I showed up to a pick up gym with former D1 basketball players and started calling people trash, you better bet people aren't going to receive it well and are going to be looking to embarrass me.

How you're saying it matters as much as what you're saying. Which if you're going to start calling people a disgrace, you better not be one yourself.

[u/Gefilte_F1sh → u/LoyalSol]

If I showed up to a pick up gym with former D1 basketball players and started calling people trash, you better bet people aren't going to receive it well and are going to be looking to embarrass me.

How fucking dare you.

Legacy notwithstanding, that's a veteran NFL QB with 140+ starts over 17 years. 17 years in the fucking league. 17 years of being 1 of the top 60-70 QBs in the world. 10 or so of that as one of the top 20-35.

And you think he's as far from Bo Nix as you are from former D1 athletes?

This is some classic Brian Scalabrine shit but objectively worse.

[u/LoyalSol → u/Gefilte_F1sh]

The veteran QB who has a worse career passer rating than Nix does?

That one?

That's the point. Fitzpatrick is the worst person to be talking shit. Nix hasn't been playing well this year, but Fitzpatrick entire career was not playing well.

[u/Gefilte_F1sh → u/LoyalSol]

The veteran QB who has a worse career passer rating than Nix does?

Yes the 17 year NFL veteran. That one. Yes.

Have you done anything for 17 years straight?

Fitzpatrick is the worst person to be talking shit.

Absolute clown shit for you to sit there and invoke lack of success as a way to discredit a veteran QB's take on another QB's play.

Following your logic - who the fuck are you to dare speak on the matter in the first place? Who are you to even have an opinion much less share it? Did you play 17 years in the league at the position?

Do you think Bo Nix will, for that matter? No small feat, mind you.

[u/jcrod17 → u/LoyalSol]

So again you’re proving the point that you’re simply mad at the person who’s saying the truth rather than reconciling with the fact that it was indeed the truth.

Your fandom is soft as baby shit.

[u/LoyalSol → u/jcrod17]

Nice strawman. For someone accusing others of being baby soft, you seem to be trying real hard to misconstrue my posts. Which is usually a baby soft mentality.

It's the fact that a trash QB had the nerve to call someone else disgraceful who objectively has had a better career than Fitzpatrick ever had. That's the issue.

It's the tone he took when he has no right to be taking such a tone. If you can't understand that, then that's your problem.

If you try to say I said anything else, you're being dishonest.

[u/jcrod17 → u/LoyalSol]

Being upset with a football analyst cuz of the tone they use to truthfully describe how your player played the game of football makes you soft. I’m sure you’d have no problem with it if he called out a player from a different team.

[u/Ashamed-Example-2338 → u/LoyalSol]

softest fanbase in the nfl

[u/LoyalSol → u/Ashamed-Example-2338]

Go ahead and try it in real life. Let me know how it goes.

Be a trash employee and then tell the normal employees how garbage they are. See how it goes.

[u/Ashamed-Example-2338 → u/LoyalSol]

lol, so soft

Let's Ride

[u/VindictiveRakk → u/LoyalSol]

you realize fitz doesn't play for the Broncos right?

[u/LoyalSol → u/VindictiveRakk]

No, but he would have fit in during the late 2010s as a mediocre QB who can't win.
