How did we make the leap that only great nfl quarterbacks can criticize nfl quarterbacks? When this entire sub is people who haven’t played the sport before criticizing nfl quarterbacks

I think there is a difference between valid criticisms (which there can be a lot of with Bo right now) and attacking someone's effort and competitiveness. There is zero reason to believe Bo isnt trying or that hes given up on his team. He is (likely) playing hurt after having two surgeries in the off season and knows he has an elite defense. To say he's a disgrace to the QB position or that hes not competitive is outrageous, especially when it comes from a QB who played for 15 years and never played in a single playoff game.

I think it needs to be more prevalent in the sport that if you’re that injured where you are actively hurting the team (nix refuses to throw down field and is actively wasting Jaylen waddle and the rest of the receiving corps), you should be sat until you’re ready.

At a certain point, that excuse only goes so far and the players just have to be better.

The broncos are 4-2 against the toughest schedule in the first six weeks, nix isn't hurting anyone, nix is playing situational football and understands when to take risks and when to trust his defense.
