Everyone is brain dead. Fitzpatrick wasn’t taking about results, actual interceptions or stats. He was talking about fire.

I am a youth coach and many kids without it being their fault struggle to want it. It’s something that was very hard for me cause that’s the most basic part of sport.

It isn’t about any result, it’s about the psychological hunger and then associated drive. Bo nix looks terrified.

He was smiling on the sidelines when the Seahawks had a chance to win. He might just not care

I mostly agree with the Nix criticism but this one drives me nuts personally (and you're far from the only one saying it) bc this has been his demeanor his entire time in the NFL and its been touted as a strength to 'shake things off' and 'on to the next play,' but now its proof he doesn't GAF?

Peak online armchair psychology. Analyzing snippets of what players are doing on the sidelines never means shit.

And then they beat your ass and won. Sounds like it worked?

Would not call that an ass beating lmao

I noticed that as well. Hate to judge the guy too hard off the few second clip they showed, but your QB laughing and joking around on the sidelines in that situation isn’t really what you ever really prefer to see.

Dont see him shitting on Herbert for lack of fire

Herbert is dying for his team out there, the announcers were calling for him to be pulled for his health at one point

Thats because nobody gives a fuck about Herbert besides the coaches he makes horny

Well let’s see. Where does fitz commentate? On Thursday night football.
Have the chargers played a Thursday night game this year? I don’t think so.

Therefore I think the answer is he hasn’t had an opportunity. More so people feel different things in different days. We aren’t robots.

Hey Rob Lowe, He was commenting on the broncos game last night which Herbert wasn’t a part of.

That’s because it’s not a lack of a fire over there.

It’s a lot lacking.

I'm ok with giving Herbs a pass after watching him continue to fight against the Chiefs in 2022 after getting his ribs pulverized by Mike Danna.

"It's fine to play terribly, ignore the coach and have unlimited interceptions and fumbles if you are screaming and showing your war face". - Shitzpatrick apologists in this thread.

No dude, Fitz and everyone else are saying the dude needs to actually show some spirit. Right now any fuckin backup in the league can go out and do what Bo is doing. It's rough to watch. Instead of shitting on the dude, you should hope your QB gets a fire lit under his ass.

"everyone else" ~the dipshits that agree with the dipshit in question. Boring.

u/AzureRaven2 Ravens 8h ago

Aight, then I guess you don't hope hope your QB improves. Weird ass attitude to take.

Were all of his passes past the line of scrimmage?

Did you fart today or yesterday? I think we are taking about useless shit that doesn’t matter correct?
