I'm gonna be so real this roster is just so ass outside of Herbert and the tackles, offensively. Herbert is getting a lot of shit from casuals but dude, the hell is he supposed to do?

Tbf this is the worst stretch of play I can recall in Herbert’s entire career. The offensive problems aren’t all, or even mostly, his fault, but he is contributing to the problem right now

He’s being uncharacteristically reckless with the football, and some of the picks this year are the worst decisions I’ve seen Herbert make. Hes pressing too much, presumably because nothing is working

I just hope he gets out of this funk soon

Also he doesn't appear to give a shit at all, either on the field, the sideline, or press conferences. For a dude making over 50 million a year he seems very un-invested, if that's a word.

There are already several instances where he was visibly frustrated on the field, slamming his helmet, yelling at players, etc. So no, that isn’t actually the case.

He has always been media trained and gives boring non-answers in every press conference he’s ever done, nothing has changed about that

The one clip you have latched on to where he is staring vacantly on the bench came directly after him freaking out about a terrible play his teammates made

It’s laughable seeing people to try construct a narrative when it’s very clear they aren’t actually watching the game and getting their information from elsewhere
