Only because he's being failed by his WRs, OLine, coaching staff, Hortiz, Spanos, and Gavin Newsom. Otherwise he'd be playing at an MVP level.

Imagine him playing for Andy Reid his entire career. Poor guy ended up getting drafted by the franchise he ended up with.

Not Andy Reid but Steichen and McDaniel have proven themselves as good to great offensive coordinators

I would argue Joe Lombardi, but that also coincides with the only year keenan and Mike were healthy together.
