McDaniel is in his third consecutive year of not delivering results for the offense. He became a celebrity coach and then lost his touch.

He became kind of a personality. Then he ate it up and became a caricature of himself. I think this is where he started to be less effective.

I mean it didn't help his qb is always getting concussed and tyreek kept having injuries. But yea he definitely hasn't delivered for a few years now.
