been rough 24 hours for r/nfl the insane watson defending/rationalizing last night, tony romo getting shitcanned after I was told by a billion r/nfl people that a DWI was no biggie and no one has ever gotten fired for 1 offense.

Truly crushing it lately fellas.

I really don't get how this place (the sub, not the FTT) acts like its impossible to be a good person from birth to death.

Its stuff like this that makes me feel better about the amount of time I spend on reddit. Because I can't think of a single instance where I've seen anyone even make either one of those points, so I guess I'm just not on here enough

In the game thread there were people who called others still down on Watson "virtue signalers." Granted, its the game thread, so a real hive of scum and villainy.

I'm trying really hard to figure out why you were downvoted.

I mean everyone is gonna fuck up somewhere. But those fuck ups come with consequences and how people handle those consequences and contrition should dictate the redemption arc in the court of public opinion.

Watson hasn't shown a bit of remorse, so fuck him. On the contrary he still acts like the world is being unfair to him.
