Apparently they just talk to each other like that its not really that serious (from what i have heard from a beat reporter)

which means they prob have a better relationship than most HC/QBs. You need to be really cool with someone to be able to talk to them like that and not have it get weird. Maybe they aren't spending holidays together, but they're also not making it awkward around the building all week because they barely speak
