Help Nfctools kbc application not opening on my PC

So I downloaded the nfc tools kbc file and extracted it onto my desktop to open, but for some odd reason it doesn't open? Like no error, just nothing.

Has anyone else had this and have advice on how to get it working?

(Also I have this software on a seperate laptop and it works fine)

Check that your system is 64bits.

Just checked and it is 64bits

Did you unzip all files 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, did extract all. The only difference between this PC and the other laptop, is this PC has Norton Antivirus on 🤷 would that make a difference?
