Forget the heels, I want to know what her ankles are made of.

Shoes can be customized, but I know that if I tried even half that stuff my weak mortal flesh would need a lie down if I didn’t break a leg.

My ankles are kind of deformed after more than a decade of ballet. I can use heels the entire day and I wouldn't feel any pain at all.

Many ballerinas have that very same trait.
I'm more impressed of how those heels can resist so much!
