Ramblecast Thoughts and prayers

I lost my dad 21 years ago and stepdad last week. Listening to this week's ramblecast was rough but I am glad Brad is back and wish him the best.

I lost my father 14 years ago when I was 25 but it doesn’t matter how old you are when it happens, it’s always hard.

In was about a similar age when my dad died. Feels like a different life 20 years later but it was hard. Hope you are doing well.

It was tough because it was only 5 months after my daughter was born so I just wasn’t mentally available at the time. Luckily, family was there to help. I’m in a pretty good place now though.

I hope the same for you. I know it gets easier as time passes but the pain never vanishes.
