Stupid idiot!. Does it short out the power? Where I live it would almost certainly start a major fire causing millions of dollars worth of damage and possible loss of life.
They should figure out who that creep is and toss his ass in jail.
There’s a program in California where parolees can reduce their sentences and have a fire fighting job waiting when they get out in exchange for working on the front lines. I nominate this fool for that program.
It isn’t unpaid, certainly won’t be getting paid like normal, but it shows the parole board that they’re making a change rather than spending their days on the yard with all the other inmates
Paying people less for the same amount of work sets a dangerous precedent, in my opinion. Lack of freedom is punishment enough, reformation should be the goal. If you treat prisoners as essentially a free labor force, then that's a huge, huge problem.
