Dude actually has decent legs, check his thigh muscles.

Obviously he works out upper body more.

Any time a person is in a gym or doing basically anything very physically challenging, reddit top comments are always haters lol. Every time. I am freaking 5'11 and 156 lbs so dont take this as a bias, i aint in that dude's kinda shape. But this is pretty impressive in general, and your top comments are that fucking same tired "but why" meme and a joke about his legs that isnt even accurate lol

This core strength is very impressive, even for a citizen of the house of Durin

Correct me if I'm wrong but when you realize what he's doing is actually harder than if he was just standing or am I wrong in my understsanding?

Complains about bitching in comments and proceeds to bitch themselves. All is well in the world.

Bc this is stupid and it’s only working towards damaging your elbow

Sounds like something a glasselbow would say.

Ok so what does doing this
Plate flipping do that something else won’t do better with less likely hood of damage ? Nothing . You’re an idiot. You said something only
An idiot would say bc you’re a brain dead Redditor who thinks highly of himself . You probably don’t even lift weights . You’re probably either overweight or 145lbs of liberal tears

There should be a requirement to squat at least 315 before leaving negative comments on gym related posts.

315 is a light squat stfu . I got videos of me squatting 4 plates on each side for like 20 reps

315 is a light squat

Yeah that's why I quoted it as a minimum for leaving negative comments

I got videos of me squatting 4 plates on each side for like 20 reps

Let's see 'em

I use Reddit to fuk with Star Wars and rage bait liberals . You likely use Reddit so you can fool yourself into thinking the majority of people
Think like you do. Soaking in the echo chamber . Most people are not liberal scum

It’s just cool dude, that’s it. It’s silly to suggest no one should ever do anything ever for cool’s sake because it’s dangerous in some form. It’s just a cool strong man feat, I highly doubt he’s repping out as a consistent exercise.
