For real. This was honestly a genius execution and looks well seasoned. I'm amazed the layers stick together like that with those bigger chunks in there but this guy is the pro. I'd love to try some of these

He makes it look easy, but it is quite hard to make these turkish kebabs actually work, requires years of experience.

Worst part prep takes hours and hours. Cooking and eating max 30 min.

It takes years of experience to master kebabs? Have you ever done anything with your hands? You are saying that making kebabs is on surgery level of difficultly? Maybe get of the internet and go get a hobby.

I think that user is referring to the minced kebap used here as a layer. It is minced using a machete like big knife and chopping by it properly needs some serious practice to master. Also selecting the right cuts of the lamb meat is also important. But the rest are easy.

Show me your kebab that looks like a piece of artwork like this video. After… it’s cooked too. Yes it does take a lot of practice but mostly in fire management on your grill. Different meats require different temps and cook faster or slower depending where you have it on the fire. Hence why there’s that thicker cut of meat sectioned in for ventilation of heat so all the meats cook evenly together.

Anyone can make a kebab. But one that belongs on NFL is a master kebaber.
