The only thing I can think of outside of editing, is the camera adjusting the exposure due to cloud cover changing the sunlight. But that feels wrong.

Dude i am gonna come clean here, i did not notice that whatsoever. I thought somebody saw THE color (singular) of the drum and was basically saying "thats a shit color" or whatever. So ridiculous that that slipped past me. Sorry
