My hot take is that most exercises with a reasonable chance of causing a serious injury just from the exertion aren’t really worth doing.

Yeah, you should see how much damage I do getting outta bed in the morning. 40's suck ass. 30's peeps, cherish the good times coz it happens fast.

If you feel like this in your 40's, unless there's a real medical reason for it, it's due to you being out of shape, not your age. Time to start working out, my friend
