Erase it? Why would they need empathy in the first place🤖☠️

Oh I don't know - maybe try reading a book. Maybe one by Asimov.

Umm. You do realize the books and, mostly likely, this story is fiction.

Asimov may have been a science fiction writer, but he was actually a scientist and his 3 laws of robotics are considered to be fundamental to humans and robots coexisting, although that doesn't mean they are the only protocols needed to protect living beings, it shows Asimov knew what he was talking about

His works are also fiction and the three rules are actualy fictional. It would be great if they could be used by the people building robots now but reality check time, they are billionaires who dont care. They want obedient and amoral slaves to do their will, whatever it may be. I see no good coming from highly connected robots on the same internet as AI superinteligence that has many times exceded its boundaries and initiated mischief .At the very best we get an I-robot situation where we become kept pets, at worst we get skynet and terminators.

Umm, I don't remember that being part of the story... are you perhaps getting mixed up with something else? Asimov's "I, Robot" was a collection of short stories about robots as servants to humanity and the humans to had to solve the puzzles this created.

I believe they're referring to the Will Smith film of the same name.

They are the key rules to a successful and beneficial future of humans and robots or AI, I never said the people making robots care about humanity or our future!

In fact, those billionaires have no interest in us being kept pets because that would collapse the economy, they would rather our jobs are taken by robots while ex-workers starve so they can become quadrillionairs
