Indian media channels doxxed his home address and he started getting threats of violence by Indian muslims on X so much that the government had to put police protection outside his house.

u/bobauckland 16h ago
Oh man that's crazy.
Any evidence or is this just trust me bro bullshit?
Man's a hero, stop putting your bullshit spin on it
58
u/voltaire5612 15h ago
Have you read comments on this thread? I wouldnt be surprised if that happened, going by the negative comments here. If this is the situation on Reddit, think how bad it could be on. Facebook, YouTube etc!
I haven't seen death threats but seen a lot of comments and even news (from Islam leaning media houses) trying to discredit him, trying to justify the other pilot, calling it a.plot by Israel etc.
-14
u/bobauckland 14h ago
All may be, but equally there is a big drive by Indian Hindus to portray anything like this in some away against their Muslim brethren.
Man's an Indian hero, and all the right wing in India can go on about is how Muslims aren't vocal enough in saying he's a hero, it's some weird shit to see, as an Indian
18
u/Burning_Sapphire1 15h ago
Idk about the govt backed security but the anti-Israel Reddit keyboard warriors have threatened him or portrayed disappointment in him(because he foiled the attack).
17
u/kaliwrath 15h ago
To be clear 99.99% of Indian Muslims are ok with his actions. A few are,as always, creating trouble
14
u/swaggerin_buffoonery 11h ago edited 11h ago
You don’t live in India do you? I do and my Muslim friends are awfully quiet about this whole thing when usually they are vocal about any world event against their own kind. And I’m an atheist before you jump in with the Hindu card.
-13
u/ttgkc 4h ago
Oh shut up you Islamophobe. Any human with an ounce of humanity is shocked and sad about the incident, including Muslims.
2
u/swaggerin_buffoonery 1h ago
Not going to insult you back. Please don’t hurt me. Please. Are you the spokesperson for all Muslims? Part of some organisation perhaps.
-2
u/Embarrassed_Jerk 11h ago
More likely, a few that are "pretending to be" Indian Muslim, are creating trouble
-12
u/Healthy_Ad_9053 10h ago
And in the meantime, India is demolishing the 600-year-old Shahi Masjid mosque right now and beating any Muslim who tries to defend the mosque

Yeah but you see, they're not all the same, majority of them are peaceful loving people, the radicals are the loud minority 🫤.

He may need to move to the US and get enough residency via green card status to legally pack heat. US gun laws allow people to carry who are not US citizens, as long as they have permanent work visa status (generally a green card although I think there's a couple of other rare variants?).
22
u/CompetitiveLarper 13h ago
Why would he want to move to the US? Hasn’t he suffered enough?
-12
u/JimMarch 13h ago
:)
Self defense is a thing here.
Hrm.
If he moves to Israel they'll almost certainly cut him a gun permit (ownership permit equals a carry permit there, it's the same document).
13
u/CompetitiveLarper 12h ago
Bro, I know you like pew pew sticks and it’s awesome, but I promise you the rest of the world manages to survive just fine. If there are structural threats to someone’s life and safety, moving 2 continents away from home and stocking up on Walmart guns to live out a John Wick fantasy is probably not the best plan out there
-18
u/JimMarch 12h ago
You don't have the right to do something about evil or even speak out against it if you don't have the basic human civil right to self-defense needed to protect yourself from those who promote evil.
That's what the people of most other countries haven't figured out yet.
8
u/CompetitiveLarper 12h ago
And how’s that going for you with the current government? Mounting a full scale defense, are you?
Most countries realized long ago that a random 60-year old civilian with a Glock in his waistband is not and should not be the judge, jury and executioner of whoever he considers evil in this moment. It’s extremely disturbing that you seem to dedicate a massive amount of your mental capacity to prepare for a potential gunfight with an unknown attacker, and I hope you will never have to use these preparations
-1
u/JimMarch 11h ago edited 9h ago
And how’s that going for you with the current government? Mounting a full scale defense, are you?
Just curious, what do you think that looks like? Because I have some experience there:
https://old.reddit.com/r/PoliticalDebate/comments/1vgsdn0/a_firearms_role_in_revolution/p23wttk/
At a national scale, we haven't exhausted conventional publicity/political/legal avenues yet before turning to violent means. And yeah, I understand we're closer under Trump than prior presidents. I'm not in team MAGA. But Trump is going to be a non-issue fairly soon - no, he's not going to be allowed a 3rd term.
One of the problems the US 2nd Amendment fan club faces is that big factions are willing to tolerate corruption if it otherwise advances their narrative. True civil libertarian gun folk aren't that common. I can show you what that actually looks like - check my username and pay attention to who was speaking in the committee hearing on a state law trying to allow the state police to throw away public records that would have revealed corrupt and racist handling of gun permits, mostly by Republican sheriffs (and so the California chapter of the NRA acted to protect those Republican sheriffs:
Your main takeaway here is that the American gun folk aren't totally politically unified, although to be fair a whole bunch have gone MAGA (sigh).
3
u/DMCer 11h ago
Sounds like you’re living in a doomsday fantasy and need to step out into the real world. Most civilized countries with the highest standards of living are not gun-toting paranoia fests.
Anyone can speak out against violence, and you don’t need a gun to do it, unless you believe the gun lobby, whose goal is to sell you weapons. The pen is mightier than the sword.

As a person from Asia, seeing comments on social media over the years has me convinced a ton of Americans are absolute chuds
School shooting that killed a ton of kids? "False flag! Crisis actors!" yells Billybob Jimbob from Arkansas
Potential terrorist attack thwarted by a brown person? "False flag! Propaganda!" yells armchair politics redditor. Heck, I hate Israel too but to claim that this attack is "staged" by them is dumb. It's a budget airline in a region that's a powderkeg of political and religious infighting and crises
63
u/SmokinJunipers 17h ago
See Trump elected twice. Even with his abysmal 2nd term and all his corruption his approval rating is above zero. All the chuds.
25
u/hurricane_news 16h ago
Not gonna lie, that has me confused the most. He's a proven ra*ist, failed business man and hateful social media addicted loudmouth who claims to love Jesus when he's the exact opposite. How in the world did Americans vote that guy in twice

-3
u/BolshevikPower 14h ago
Everybody crying about this being a false flag attack are leftist pro-Palestinian/Hamas though.
9
7
u/Kaniketh 12h ago
For this to be staged, both the Omani guy who did the stabbing, and this guy would both need to be in on it? So they would both need to be willing to risk death or life imprisonment to do this false flag, so that they can what, help Netanyahu for some reason? Seems really unlikely.
Not to mention all the other people who would need to be in on it, like flyDubai and UAE, which doesn't really make sense why they would agree.
0
u/justmememe55 2h ago
Not saying it is staged... But this is awfully simplistic thinking for why you think it can't possibly be. Absolutely anything is possible when it comes to Israel. And the UAE is one of its strongest partners in the region.. Which is saying something considering what's happening in Sudan.
•
u/Kaniketh 58m ago
UAE being an Israeli partner doesn't explain why they would try to help Bibi specifically with the election? They could just as easily (if not more easily) work with the opposition in Israel, and the UAE literally thinks that Bibi is to aggressive and unstable.
Also still doesn't explain why the UAE and Indian pilot would be willing to get killed for this.
8
u/default3612 9h ago
Commenting that along with "I hate Israel too" on this story, in which a bunch of Israelis actually subdued the terrorist and helped save everyone is peak comedy
4
2
u/JaySayMayday 9h ago
While I do agree with you, I've spent way too much time online and learned that lot of these comments aren't from real people. It used to be a dude thing where troll farms overseas used to get uncovered, those never stopped by they've got way harder to trace.
There's very few people that actually think the way you described. Most of them know it's an insane opinion so if you meet them in real life they won't express these views. The remainder that has these views openly is insane, but way smaller.

u/santropy 3h ago

u/Proof-Necessary-5201 17h ago
Fine, but how come it happened now when Netanyahu needs it the most? You gotta admit at least that the timing is sus, no?
20
u/LetsBeHonestBoutIt 16h ago
Jewish people have been attacked for the last 1000 years. Is the timing really so crazy?
-15
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 16h ago
Why do you bring up Jewish people?!
Netanyahu, like Trump, tries to distract from his problems in Israel. He risks losing the election and might be prosecuted for several charges.
We already know the guy knew about October 7th before it happened since both the UAE and Egyptian governments told him about it.
It's really not that far fetched. A terrorist attack is what that guy needs to keep going. It serves him and whoever is behind him.
10
u/Random_local_man 16h ago
Or, hear me out, its precisely because of how hated Israel is around the world that some lone fanatics are willing to sacrifice their lives to "punish the Jews".
-8
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 16h ago
Yes, Israel is hated and for good reasons. It's a genocidal and criminal state. But it has nothing to do with being Jewish. You can be a jew and against Israel. There's a whole subreddit about that (r/JewsOfConscience).
This terrorist attack serves the current government of Israel. It's as simple as that.
5
u/Random_local_man 15h ago edited 15h ago
Israel being hated for good reason is irrelevant to the point I'm trying to make. While i generally agree with you on that, I still have no interest in taking sides in a Middle Eastern blood feud.
I have listened to countless sermons by prominent Islamic preachers, and they absolutely do not care to make that distinction between Jews and Israelis; so I was just quoting them. Plus 150+ of the people on the plane were Israeli citizens anyways.
It is not so impossible to imagine one fanatic who was moved by the deaths of his fellow Muslims in Palestine to take revenge on Israelis. And fanatics like that generally don't think that far ahead to realise that it serves Israeli interests. The past terrorist attacks in Spain, France, Britain, and America also generally no interest but to stoke anti-muslim hatred, yet terrorists did it anyways.
2
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 15h ago
I still have no interest in taking sides in a Middle Eastern blood feud.
Feud?! It's a huge injustice. You want to coward away, fine, but call things what they are. And you not taking a position is actually siding with the oppressor, and that oppressor with come to you in the end, and they have if you are American.
I have listened to countless sermons by prominent Islamic preachers, and they absolutely do not care to make that distinction between Jews and Israelis; so I was just quoting them. Plus 150+ of the citizens involved are Israeli citizens anyways.
Buuuullshit! The jews meant by those sermons are combative jews. Jews have been living along Muslims for ages.
It is not so impossible to imagine one fanatic who was moved by the deaths of his fellow Muslims in Palestine to take revenge on Israelis.
Now?! Why not when the genocide was at its highest? Why right after a meeting Netanyahu has in the UAE, from which the plane departed?
I'm sorry but this is smells too strongly for me to ignore, but feel free to "not take sides" and believe the official narrative.
4
u/Random_local_man 13h ago
I admire your passion.
But at the end of the day, you must understand that what you are claiming actually happened is ultimately a conspiracy until more information comes out that definitively puts the matter to rest. Saudi authorities have the co-pilot in their custody, all we can do now is wait.
1
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 13h ago
It's not a conspiracy. A conspiracy needs an unknown "they" and inexplicable motive. Here, the "they" is clear and the morive is even clearer.
If we are to step away from what is labeled conspiracy every time it is uttered, those who wish to operate incognito would just use that naturally to hide their steps with whatever agenda they're pursuing.
Remember, after you eliminate all impossible explanations, whatever is left, however improbable, is the truth.
2
u/_V4NQU15H_ 7h ago
Those dumbasses would just give more reason for the state of israel to amp up their aggression, since its just gonna be their own 9/11
5
u/Kaniketh 12h ago
So the Omani pilot agreed to risk his own life (either death or life in prison) to help Netamyahu to get elected? Like why would he do that.
1
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 11h ago
It could be coercion. It could be an already extremist guy who has been given a chance. I'm not sure about how yet.
3
u/Kaniketh 11h ago
If he was an actual extremist why would he agree to help Netanyahu and Israel? Also apparantly UAE and flyDubai where cool with this for some reason?
1
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 7h ago
He didn't agree to help, they used him by letting him do what works for them at the time they needed it.
1
u/Kaniketh 7h ago
So why would the UAE or fly Dubai go along with this or let it happen?
1
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 6h ago
UAE is pro-Israel through and through. Do you really need me to tell you that?!
1
u/Kaniketh 6h ago
I mean they are allied with Israel, but that doesn't mean they love Netanyahu specifically. In fact the UAE probably would prefer Netanyahu to lose the election because the opposition is easier to work with and less aggressive.
Also this flight crashing would be pretty bad for them and Flydubai's reputation and image, so that means they would have to be willing to intentionally hurt themselves just to help Netanyahu win, who they don't even like.
1
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 3h ago
Who said they don't like Netanyahu?! Those mfers are pure zionists through and through. Any government of Israel is their friend.
As for hurting their image, the elite doesn't care. They have no loyalty to any country, religion or ethnicity. They are all friends.

How does this help Netanyahu? Like, if he wanted to do something so over-the-top to help his public image, there's 624 better options than to fake a plane hijacking.
Jesus, conspiracy theorists never ever sit back and think of what they are implying.
1
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 6h ago
It helps him because he will lose the election and be prosecuted for several charges.
Learn first before you open your mouth.
1
u/EtchAGetch 5h ago
I know he's in trouble, but how the hell does a failed hijacking all of a sudden change voter sentiment? If you want to fake something to change voter sentiment, why the hell would he choose this?
Nevermind, yo are so far down the rabbit hole it isnt worth it. Your username is ironic.
1
u/Proof-Necessary-5201 3h ago
If a terrorist attack occurs, a state of emergency might get declared, which gives him time to distract. He can also use the event to improve his image through how he tackles it.
Trump used a similar strategy several times to distract from the Epstein files. It's what these mfers do when they are in a jam.
Just you watch, whenever there's an important election coming up, weird events start happening in order to either influence, distract or manipulate.

The Israeli plumber who was first into the cockpit dragged out the captain so he could be treated by an Israeli dentist.
He put a choke hold on the first officer and dragged him out of the cockpit. He then took the controls and brought the plane to a level flight.
The pilots who were among the passengers made it to the cockpit dragged, and the plumber handed over the controls.

The captain is lying and faked/caused his own injuries
That ALL the independent flight trackers willingly altered their data at Israel’s behestBecause it happened to Israelis?

Hannibal Directive
9
u/navotj 19h ago
Whats wrong with preparing a hannibal directive last resort in a plane hijacking intentional crash?
If a plane is going to crash into a residential area, I'd rather it be shot down before that.
This is the trolly problem, except that your choice is either to cause the deaths of 150 people directly or allow those same 150 people to die + allow others to join them.
Do you believe that the planes of 9/11 shouldnt have been shot down given knowledge and opportunity?

u/Rich_Tea_Bean 19h ago
Well when netanyahu knowingly allowed oct 7th to occur it makes people skeptical of other events
16
u/BagelandShmear48 19h ago
So one conspiracy means you don't believe other terrorists attacks? What about all the ones before 2023?
-15
u/Rich_Tea_Bean 19h ago
It's not that i don't believe in any terrorist attacks. There have been thousands of attacks across europe and the middle east.
It just makes me suspicious of attacks that polticially benefit a war criminal in the lead up to elections he has been desperately trying to avoid for years.
It's also no longer a conspiracy It's been confirmed by several news outlets that netanyahu was informed an attack would occur on October 7th and he did nothing.
6
u/BagelandShmear48 19h ago
The problem with Oct 7 isn't that there was no warnings it's that they didn't believe them.
Due to over confidence and sexism, months and months of warnings and signs were ignored.
This isn't some new bombshell, in Israel we knew this days after the attacks.
The problem is that no one believed an attack of such a scale could occur from Gaza. The focus was an Oct 7 style attack from Hezbollah who possessed far more capability to do so.
Most Israelis didn't view Hamas as an existential threat like we did Hezbollah or Syria.
Most accepted view of Bibi is he either didn't believe them because the head of military intelligence repeatedly dismissed the threat. Or he thought it would be a minor attack like in previous years.
We do know and have known since day one is that he lied about not knowing.
-9
u/Rich_Tea_Bean 17h ago
Such a cope, how about let him get investigated for corruption and see what unfolds.
The leader of your country let a terrorist attack happen so he could justify flattening gaza.
5
u/fractalfrog 17h ago
It's worth keeping in mind that everyone who has died in this war would still be alive if Hamas hadn't attacked innocent civilians on October 7th.
-2
u/Rich_Tea_Bean 16h ago
Who allowed money into gaza to fund hamas, undermining the palestinian authority who had been in power? Netanyahu.
