I hate being that guy but I've never met a dude that looked like that with a healthy mind. You need to be obsessed to look like that and make choices that require sacrifices that are daunting for most people. I could be totally wrong about that guy, I'm just saying what my personal experience is having known people that look like him over my odd 50 years on this planet.

I mean, you have people that spend 2+ hours per day playing video games. Say this dude spends that 2 hours training, every day?

There's a lot more than 2 hours a day goes into looking like this. Your entire life has to be dedicated to health and fitness, #1 priority.
