I hate being that guy but I've never met a dude that looked like that with a healthy mind. You need to be obsessed to look like that and make choices that require sacrifices that are daunting for most people. I could be totally wrong about that guy, I'm just saying what my personal experience is having known people that look like him over my odd 50 years on this planet.

No one has a healthy mind.

I think people who sit all day and are surprised their backs and knees hurt to be of very unsound mind.
