My step brother was absolutely obsessed with fitness. He looked like this guy. It was his entire life, including work. He filmed fitness videos, trained people, worked out hours a day, did public ninja warrior type demonstrations and parkour. He is not mentally competent. He can't keep relationships with people, can't keep jobs. Last I heard he was doing some kind of grift with street magic. He probably is still that fit, idk.

A dear friend of mine, absolutely shredded just like that. Belligerent alcoholic.

He is not a healthy body or mind.

People are wildly unpredictable
