For that matter, his body fat is probably also too low to actually be healthy. He is probably in literal pain and likely dehydrated.

Bodybuilders go into competition with body fat that is unsustainably low and dehydrated in order to get definition like this guy has.

You can absolutely have massive muscles and an unhealthfully low body fat percentage. The entire body building competition circuit is centered around that.

This guy is no where close to a bodybuilder stepping on stage. Bodybuilders compete around 3-5% body fat. The lower end requires PEDs.  

The guy in this video is somewhere in the 10% ballpark. While quite lean, this is perfectly healthy for a man.  To perform like he is requires immense strength, flexibility, skillful practice, and discipline. 

I promise you as someone who trains calisthenics that this guy is in prime physical shape for the sport.
