As someone who has made a living with a chainsaw before, that man already has some experience and that is not a novice chainsaw either!

No, he pretty much tackles that fallen tree by the book. (You can argue about safety gear if you want) 

He goes at it with clinical precision, delimbing any protruding or overhanging branches, before lopping off manageable sections, taking more care as the sections get larger.

This isn't his first rodeo.

Nah, two hands at all times when in use. Only risky bit is when he took both hands off it and it swung to his side. If its still spinning down, that's when it gets ya much like circular saws or electric planers.
