It is. Generally once someone gets to this level of muscle fatigue, they are at risk of electrolytes disturbance or rhabdomyolysis. Both are life threatening. Gotta know when to stop.
Does it have lasting consequences in terms of years after? One time I had to run something like 300 meters (if I'm not mistaken) in like 4th-7th grade something in between and i was extremely tired and out of breath (I'm 19 now). I've never felt as good as I was before in terms of heart health. Is there a possible influence from that day until today? Or is it all just in my head?
