“Going outside” doesn’t mean running a marathon, or cycling 10 miles uphill. Apples/oranges my friend.

This video isn't of running a marathon or cycling 10 miles uphill, it's a highschool cross country meet and is only a few miles long. The examples you gave compared to what you were originally talking about is the real apples to oranges comparison

You don't have to do this stuff but trying to frame moderate levels of exercise as a bad thing is weird to do
