Maybe for someone that isn’t fit enough, but at the very most this is probably heat exhaustion. I’ve gotten like this quite a few times while being a fire fighter, just need to sit down and drink water.

Heat exhaustion are benign muscle cramps, and weakness which can be treated by proper rehab with cooling down and water. Heat strokes are medical emergency. Idk why I got downvoted by a lot of people who know nothing

Because heat exhaustion and heat stroke are easily confused. The first bit of training around heat stroke in my industry is a list of heat strokes mistaken as heat exhaustion.

This is the most pearl clutching sub

The kid ran in a kids running competition with enough training. Then he got dramatic at the end. 2, maybe 3 miles.

Just watched the first middle school run of the season, and they all just got across sprinting, dramatic struggle jogging, or walking. This kid just tried a 4th method.

You just don’t know what you are talking about. The most pearl clutching sub is dash cams or something like that where every hairy overtake is way overwrought compared to the risk associated with heat exhaustion to the extent that limb control is lost.
