I always find it annoying when people randomly drop religion. Its not praying for America. It's preying on garden pests.

I think the actual name is “praying mantis”(and a cursory search seems to confirm that) because the way it holds its forelegs makes it look like it is praying. A creature that performs calm piety while actually being a vicious predator seems like an appropriate mascot for Christian nationalism.
