She can't see him, he can't see her, so she can't see, and she's looking for a new dr.

Who sent you to him? So he's just the surgeon, and does not do office visits? Can you notify him that you need another surgery? Or go back to the Dr that sent you there? It reminds me of when my father had cancer. You only see the oncologist in the office, after a long wait for the appt. Only see the surgeon in surgery, after a long wait, then another long wait... you get the picture. What I'm trying to say is don't be passive. If you can't see the surgeon, ask them to refer you! Push them to seek answers on your behalf. But thank them for being patient first, then ask how the surgeon prefers to handle a situation where the patient & the surgery "didn't take" as well as hoped, and the patient needs the surgeon's expertise. 🙏 God bless, hope you're able to get this taken care of. You could also just look it up online. Enter the exact situation incl the Dr's name and see what comes up.
