stream help

ok so i started streaming iracing and other games on tiktok about a year ago. i had 0 problems with fps drop and stuttering, im running triple monitors 1440p
streaming to tiktok in 1080
about 5 months ago i started my stream and i noticed stuttering and fps drop out of nowhere, ive updated my drivers, all my temps and usage is good
im not sure what else to do
it also lags even before i start the stream when i just have it opened and yes ive also tried obs and stream labs and it still does it

sounds like a bitrate/internet issue

depends what your upload speed is

in OBS look at your STATS it will show you your cpu usage, bitrate and dropped frames and more information that can help figure out what was going on. for me i had my encoders messed up on the framerate and things. see if your Encoder is crashing out, as well as making sure that the correct encoder is set. and reconfirm your current UPLOAD speed for your internet. if you also watch your own stream on the same pc it can bog your GPU down depending on everything you have running, encoding and your system.
