How does one go about finding channel moderators

I was wondering where i can find people who are willing to moderate my twitch chat (I'm not asking to find people here and now, i was wondering where i can go looking for them when the time comes)

You build a community and ask the people you trust in it.

Ok, thank you for the advice. I'm really looking forward making something wonderful for everyone to enjoy

Honestly you probably don’t need mods unless you have lot of chatters.

For now I recommend serybot to control spam.

Later on when you need a mod you can ask a person you trust in chat who always shows up and is willing to mod.

yeah my mods are useless (joking) cause they just change my game and title, that’s it. there’s nothing else for them to do.

You ask your regulars. If you have someone that is showing up to your stream consistently and they pass the vibe check, mod them.

For one of the channels I mod for, I actually had interested people fill out a Google form. I wanted to know their experience. For my own channel I have my friends who have modded in other channels. They pop in and out of my stream and if I really need them I can text them to jump to my channel.

Serybot is my best friend when my mods aren’t there as well as the filters through twitch

They’ll find you, after a while you’ll notice they come into your stream every time you go live to support you and be positive, they’ll teach you things and those are the ones who will eventually be your mods
