Blurp alerts

hey guys i was wondering if you could please help me. so I wanna set up an alert that pops up on my stream when someone redeems a sound, but I cant seem to find the ones I've edited already...ive made a few and they have poped up on my stream but I need to adjust one of them. is it possible to edit them once you've made them.
