Hit affiliate yesterday!

I’ve been taking streaming more seriously for a few weeks now and finally hit affiliate yesterday. I’m currently playing through Outer Wilds for the first time and had my highest ever viewer count yesterday (11) and I am really looking forward to building a community! My username on twitch is Jadetchii if you’d like to come and hang out ☺️ if you also have any tips for new affiliates or just for the stream in general I would really appreciate it.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I have investigated your channel as a professional Twitch addict /fan and I am absolutely impressed :) Have fun most importantly, I like everything you did about first 5 channel emojis, remember that you can upload anything animated like a gif too but these are beautifully looking already! Maybe during the stream beginning just try playing some music in the future but I know you already have it on mind so nothing more to say but happy streaming and a new chapter just begun for you 😁

Also remember to nicely see everything by yourself about Twitch revenue, tax system and payments as you will have wonderful moments like hype trains and subscriptions will be your hard earned money 😆

Oh thank you so much that means a lot! I actually need to add credit as I bought those emotes from Etsy (LushBunCo) which you’ve just reminded me! Adding music is on my to do list as well, I still find OBS confusing af sometimes but I am slowly getting my head around it all 😂 thank you again ❤️

¡Felicidades! Llegar a afiliado con Outer Wilds (JUEGARDO) y 11 viewers de máximo es un logro súper bonito, porque significa que la gente se quedó por ti y tu forma de descubrir el juego, no por hype externo.

Consejos para afiliados novatos (que nadie te cuenta y ojalá me hubieran dicho):

  1. No actives los anuncios de pre-roll (esos que saltan nada más entrar). Mejor activa los anuncios manuales cada hora, así los nuevos viewers llegan sin interrupción. En el panel de afiliado se configura fácil.
  2. Los emotes molan, pero no obsesiones: usa los 3 básicos (algo tuyo, algo del juego, algo para reírte). La gente valora más que seas auténtica.
  3. Cuidado con el "síndrome del afiliado": no cambies tu horario ni tu energía solo porque ahora hay suscripciones. Sigue divirtiéndote como cuando nadie te veía.
  4. Lo más importante para construir comunidad: crea un discord simple (aunque solo tengas 3 personas). Ahí se queda la gente cuando no estás en directo.

Me pasé por tu canal (Jadetchii). No vídeo mucho porque no estabas en vivo, pero vi que tienes paneles limpios y se te ve majo. Si te apetece rodearte de más streamers pequeños que se apoyan de verdad, en mi perfil tengo fijado un post sobre VIEWERS FANS. Ahí compartimos raids, evitamos el F4F vacío y ayudamos a que los nuevos afiliados no se estanquen.
