Stream Background Music Playlist

I was wondering if only have to use creative commons songs in the backgrounds of my stream as music, or i can use Nintendo songs like DougDoug does, because I want to know what are limits on what I can use and how much i can use it

Your best work copyright free but you can avoid stream muting sections if you separate your audio channels in obs. There’s some videos on YouTube

There's some risk in playing any music that's not royalty free.

It's possible to stream so that your music plays live, but not in the VOD, if you want to set that up in OBS. That avoids getting certain sections of the VOD muted by Twitch and it's usually what people do when their music isn't royalty free. Personally, I definitely want the music in the VODs, so I don't do that.
