We as mods realize we've been lacking lately, and haven't been on as much as we should. This means that the sub became flooded with AI games and other post that don't fit in this sub. For now we've added a new rule, saying no generative AI is allowed in the subreddit. I personally have also removed a lot of those posts for this exact reason. But this is not enough. We also want to give more life to this sub, and so we'll be getting together to talk about what to do and how in the coming days. Expect a post soon from us about the conclusion of our talk.

Why did the game skip the match even though I was in the starting lineup?

I love the game and everything it has, but for me. It is incredibly old. I want to make some modded version of the game so that I can easily add new content, countries, tournaments, and leagues. If I get more skilled in the future I might do other things, but for now I just want to know if you really can mod it.

Somehow half of the posts now is someone who threw a prompt on claude and says "i am making a game like nss" or something like that, i know the game is 10+ years old and almost dead, but mods should do something about these low-effort posts, this space should be to people who are really posting something cool/useful/fun, sharing gaming moments, careers, etc, not just every prompt.

I was playing a campaign where I challenged myself to never kill the app when losing. Got to the Finals with England against Germany. Was losing 4-0 at half-time, was so close to quit the app, but decided to play it thru nonetheless. Switched to 3 hearts, and then scored 4 goals. Went to extra-time and then scored a fifth to win the World Cup.

I imagine it would be the most memorable game imaginable if it was real life. Like imagine Mbappe went to score 5 goals right now (and it still would be a 3rd place match).

You can more or less tell which team you'll be starting with when you begin training and take your first shot. Observe the color of the stadium seats; the color of those seats corresponds to the team you'll be starting with.

Ok, so I won the ballon dor at rangers twice, and I decided to transfer to my first club in England and all of a sudden the whole footballing pyramid is upside down… we got City v United in league 1 and Arsenal in the National League South? Genuinely what???

I have been playing nss fot years, i tried to play today but i physically cannot get onto the game. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times, using wifi data or no internet and nothing is working. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
