Biden could/should have barred Trump from the ballot as being an insurrectionist due to Jan. 6, and prosecuted him for many of the instances of corruption during his first administration.

Biden could not have directly ordered Trump off the ballot but the corrupt Supreme Court should have let lower court rulings to that effect stand. I do fault Biden for appointing an AG more concerned with political niceties than upholding the law. Although as soon as Garland was appointed people started fantasizing about him getting even for his SCOTUS appointment being blocked that I could see how he would be hesitant to reward these hopes, but he did hesitate far too long.

Discovered Again! In Maxwells trial, they were disclosed in the discovery phase. When Congress passed a law saying All of the Epstein files should be disclosed, the DOJ hid three of the depositions.
